Plantppwipe is committed to making the Active Day website accessible to people in Aotearoa New Zealand, including users with disabilities. We aim to meet the New Zealand Government Web Accessibility Standard and WCAG 2.1 Level AA where practicable.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML structure with headings, landmarks, and labels on forms
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, accordions, and cookie controls
• Sufficient colour contrast on primary text and interactive elements
• Respect for prefers-reduced-motion in animations
• Text alternatives for informational images

Known limitations

Embedded maps from third-party providers may not fully meet accessibility requirements. Some decorative SVG illustrations convey mood rather than essential information. We review issues reported by users and prioritise fixes.
